All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days across India (depending on your location and courier partner).
Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below this amount or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small delivery fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can also track your order using the “Track My Order” option on our website (if available).
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct.
Lucious Style is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your package is delayed or missing, contact us immediately at support@snapyshopping.com.
We’ll coordinate with our delivery partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
