1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@snapyshopping.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items without original tags or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible only for defective or wrongly delivered items.
For exchange requests, email support@snapyshopping.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items like sale/discounted products, innerwear, or accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
